What this demonstrates

A personalised email link would identify the member without requiring a login or details to be entered again. A short confirmation step helps prevent email security scanners recording decisions simply by opening links.

The office could use recorded responses and a non-responder list to target reminders. A response records an intention only: it does not take payment, renew membership, cancel membership or release a place.

This is a proposed experience, not a working ClubV1 or GolfLinks integration. Supplier support for personalised links, member matching, response tracking and changed responses must be confirmed before launch. This demonstration uses one fictional member; its state resets when the page reloads.
